Alex Wise
Alex has 20+ years of experience in investment management, specialising in alternative investments, superannuation, and sustainable investing.
He has held key leadership roles, including country head at Castle Hall, Chief Operating Officer at Select Asset Management, and Group Legal Counsel at Atlas Capital in London. Alex also has significant consultancy and advisory experience working with fund managers and asset owners with a strong focus on governance, operational due diligence, and ESG integration.
A qualified Solicitor and Barrister, Alex combines his legal expertise with a commitment to sustainability, integrity, and better organisational practice across diverse sectors.

Alistair Rew
Alistair has 25+ years of investment management experience across global financial hubs like London, New York, and Sydney. He currently serves as the Chair of AIMA Australia.
He has held senior leadership roles in investing, trading, risk & portfolio management, and strategic planning, with expertise in data analytics, AI, governance, and operating models.
As a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, Alistair co-founded Elevating Women’s Voices and Women in Alternatives, and serves as a Board Director of Quantum Women. Alistair also advises on industry standards and best practices.

Les is an accomplished investment executive with 30+ years of experience in the Australian financial markets, specialising in fund establishment, risk management, governance, and operational excellence.
He has held multiple global leadership roles, including CEO, COO, and Chair positions, and has lectured internationally on key industry topics such as operational risk and leadership.
Les' career includes time at Goldman Sachs and as COO for Dresdner Bank (Asia Pacific), and he drives governance and risk management at Confirma Partners.
